Oat-based pancake powder mix and proteins (whey, eggs and milk). With sweetener. Banana flavour.

44.5% wholemeal oat flour, 16% whey protein concentrate* , 12% egg powder, wheat flour, 4.2% milk protein isolate*, 3.8% whey protein of milk*, flavouring, 3% egg white powder, 2% ModCarb (oat bran (gluten-free< /b>), quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat (gluten-free)); stabilizer: sodium polyphosphate; thickeners: guar gum, xanthan gum; colouring: beta-carotene; sweeteners: acesulfame K, sucralose.

Mode instructions for use Mix 50 grams (2 ladles) of product in 100 ml of partially skimmed milk or water. Leave to rest for a few seconds.
In a pan: pour the mixture into a hot pan with a little oil.
In the microwave: pour the mixture into a microwave-safe dish and cook for 1 and a half minutes at maximum power (800 W).
1 serving is equivalent to 2 pancakes.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.
Validity with unopened package: 24 months.
