Ingredients
L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality), L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, flavourings, dehydrated orange juice (Citrus sinensis L., fructus); acidifier: citric acid; colouring: beta-carotene; sweeteners: neohesperidin DC; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
It can contain traces of gluten, shellfish, eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, milk, walnuts and lupins.

Mode of use
1 dose per day to use before, during or after training. Mix 10 g of powder (2 full measuring spoons) with 250 ml of water.
