91% wholemeal oat flour, low-fat cocoa powder (Theobroma cacao L.), flavouring, 1% cocoa extract; sweeteners: acesulfame K, sucralose.
It can contain traces of crustaceans, fish, peanuts, milk, soya, eggs and their derivatives.

Mode of use
1 serving = dilute 30 g of powder (approximately 1 heaped tablespoon) in 300 ml of partially skimmed milk (1.5% fat) or water. It can be used for cooking.
