Dietary supplement.
Creatine improves physical performance in the case of short-term, high-intensity repetitive efforts. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate, AstraGin (Panax notoginseng root extract, extract of Astragalus membraneceus root).
May contain traces of gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soya, milk, walnuts, lupins, sulfur dioxide, sulphites and sulphite derivatives.

How to use
1 portion per day for 6 weeks, then rest for 2-4 weeks.
Mix 3, 43 g of powder (1+½ scoop) with 200 ml of water.
