+Watt Marza+ Coconut and Black Cherry 35g

Marza+ Ride is an energy bar with almond paste and a high percentage of carbohydrates. As with other carbohydrate-based bars, Marza+ Ride are particularly useful during training or competitions of medium-long duration (over 2 hours) when muscle glycogen reserves significantly decrease or run out, forcing the athlete to feed first of the end of the performance. The presence of almond paste and oat flakes make the product soft and particularly pleasant.

How to use
before and during prolonged efforts, 1 bar for each hour of activity.
