Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., roots) eg tit. 0.8% in valerenic acid, hops (Humulus lupulus L., strobili) eg tit. at 0.4% min. in flavonoids, jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill., seeds) eg tit. 2% triterpene saponins, maltodextrins; stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cellulose, fatty acids, glycerol; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; dye: titanium dioxide; melatonin.
Gluten free and lactose .
Modality ; of use
It is recommended to take one to two tablets a day, to be swallowed whole with a glass of water, preferably in the evening, 30 minutes before going to bed.
