Vitis Dental Tape

How to use
Grasp an approximately 40-50 cm long segment of VITIS® fluoride and mint waxed interdental tape between the index and middle fingers, taking care to leave approximately 2-3 cm of distance in between.
Insert the interdental tape between the teeth with a slight alternating motion from the inside to the outside and vice versa.
When the tape reaches the edge of the gums, bend it in an arc against the dental wall and slide it gently into the space between the gum and tooth until resistance is felt (avoid forcing).
Repeat the procedure in all other interdental spaces always using a clean piece of dental tape for each space.
