Vitamin D is naturally produced at the skin level thanks to the action of the sun. Sometimes deficiencies can appear during the winter or due to a lifestyle that leads us to spend little time in the open air.
Vitamin D contributes:
- to the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus;
- the maintenance of normal bones;
- to normal muscle function;
- to the normal functions of the immune system;
- the maintenance of healthy teeth.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: sorbitol; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablets a day, preferably in the morning with a glass of water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption can cause have laxative effects.
