Ingredients
Bulking agents: dibasic calcium phosphate and microcrystalline cellulose; vitamin d3 (cholecalciferol); emulsifier: acacia gum; bulking agents: sugar and starch; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide; anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate; antioxidant: DL-alpha-tocopherol.

How to use
Swallow 1 to 2 tablets a day, with water, preferably with a meal.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage
Store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from sources of heat, light and humidity.
Once the bottle has been opened, discard the protective pad and follow the aforementioned precautions. Do not use if the cap or seal is open or damaged.
