How to use
Shake well before each use . Direct the dispenser under the tongue and dispense 4 sprays.
The maximum dose is 8 sprays per day, divisible according to what is most convenient for you.

Composition < / strong>
It is recommended to take 8 sprays a day which provide:
50 mcg equal to 2000 IU (international units) of Vitamin D3
12 mg of Vitamin E
8.8 mg of Resveratrol
