Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate, L-arginine; acidity regulator;: citric acid; beta-alanine; potassium salts of orthophosphoric acid, magnesium hydroxide, magnesium citrate, flavor, microencapsulated iron (ferric pyrophosphate, corn starch; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); dye: beetroot red, betanin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; maltodextrin, nucleotides, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), zinc citrate, niacin (nicotinamide); sweetener: sucralose; vitamin A (retinyl acetate), pantothenic acid (D-pantothenate, calcium), vitamin B6 (thiamine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroyl-monoglutamic acid).

Mode; of use
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (200 ml), mix well and take the solution obtained preferably in the morning.
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day.
