Ingredients
Fructose, maltodextrin, magnesium citrate, taurine, flavor, Indian Ginseng (Ashwagandha) root ( Withania somnifera L. Dunal ) dry extract titrated 1.5% in withanolides, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid, stabilizer: ethylcellulose), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), niacin (nicotinamide), zinc pidolate, acidifier (citric acid), vitamin A ( retinyl acetate), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), coenzyme Q10, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), manganese sulfate, lutein, folic acid, biotin, sodium selenite, coloring (beetroot red), sweetener (steviol glycosides).

Mode; of use
We recommend taking 1 sachet a day, to be dissolved in a glass of water.
