Vitacalm Melatonin

Food supplement with melatonin and lemon balm essential oil.  
Citrus taste.
Sweetened with steviol glycosides extracted from Stevia.

Ingredients

Mode; of use
1 tablet in the evening, taken with a little ’ d ’ water or other beverage.
To reduce the time needed to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin just before going to sleep.
For jet lag the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin just before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

Warnings
For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
