Folic Acid Ready For Use

VITA METAFOLIC is a food supplement based on calcium L-methylfolate ( Metafolin®)** (5-MTHF), the active form of folic acid; the result is a rapidly available formulation, usable by the body without undergoing further biotransformation processes.  
Folate deficiency can be a consequence of an insufficient dietary intake.
Folates are water-soluble, heat-labile and photosensitive vitamins.
Their concentration in foods is therefore strongly conditioned by the conservation and cooking methods which can reduce their quantity (up to 90%).
Folate deficiency can also be a consequence of reduced absorption from diet (e.g. celiac disease), from certain physiological situations (pregnancy, breastfeeding and postmenopause) or as an effect of taking certain drugs.
Folate contributes to the normal synthesis of amino acids and to normal haematopoiesis , to the natural metabolism of homocysteine, to the physiological psychological function, to the normal function of the immune system, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, also intervening in the process of cell division.

How to use
Swallow 1 tablet a day, with water, preferably with a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Packaged in bottles of 50 tablets.

Ingredients
Mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose. Anti-caking agents: Vegetable stearic acid, Silicon dioxide, Vegetable magnesium stearate. Thickener: Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. Folate Metafolin®** (calcium L-methylfolate).

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
