Ingredients
37% maltodextrin, 34% dextrose, 15% fructose, L-glutamine; acidifier: citric acid; sodium chloride, dipotassium phosphate, magnesium hydroxide, calcium carbonate, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C); flavoring (lemon flavouring), sweetener: sucralose.
May contain traces of lactose, gluten, soy and eggs.

How to use
It is recommended to take 30 g of powder (1/2 measuring spoon) per day dissolved in 350 ml of water.< br />
