Mode à of use:
take 2 or 3 tablets a day, just before meals. The tablets, preferably to be swallowed whole, however, as needed, can each be fragmented into 2 or 3 parts to facilitate swallowing.

Characteristics:
mixture of DL-methionine and salts minerals (methiomineral complex) with vitamin B6 and zinc, which may be useful in favoring the trophism of the epidermis and assisting the immune defenses involved in protecting it from external attacks.

Warnings: < br> supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
Do not exceed the recommended daily doses.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
The presence of particular physiological states or pathological can ò advise against taking food supplements, if in doubt consult your doctor.
