Birch sap is obtained every spring by carving Betula   pendula and Betula verrucosa trees in millenary forests.

The Chaga mushroom, Inonotus obliquus, is a saprophyte that grows on the trunk of the same birch trees, from which it is harvested by hand.

This drink is ¨ real made in Northern Finland according to the rules of an ancient tradition, combining two vegetables: the Chaga mushroom and the Birch sap.

How to use
1 or more tablespoons (approx. 10 ml) consumed as they are or diluted in water, preferably between meals.  

Ingredients
94,9875% Birch sap *, 5% Juice of Cranberry (Vaccinium vitis-idaea) *, 0.0125% concentrated extract of Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) (corresponding to 0.125% of fresh mushroom) *. * from organic farming, Finland origin.

Warnings
Once opened, the bottle must be stored in the refrigerator and used within 10 days.
