Dietary supplement that provides glucosamine and methylsulfonylmethane (MSM).
Also contains dry extract of rhizome (4: 1) of ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) and dry extract of bark (5: 1) of white willow (Salix alba L.)

Ingredients
Vegetable glucosamine HCl, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; vitamin C (calcium L-ascorbate), ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) dry rhizome extract (4: 1), white willow (Salix alba L.) dry bark extract (5: 1); thickener: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; maize maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; manganese (manganese bisglycinate); anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; glazing agent: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose; humectant: vegetable glycerol.

Mode; of use
Swallow 1 tablet a day, with water, preferably with a meal.
