Indications:
useful for its properties; relaxing and soothing.

Dosage and Method à of use:
it is recommended to take 2 capsules during the day and 2 capsules in the evening before going to bed.

Components:
for operculum: Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root eg. dry (0.42% valerenic acids) 150 mg and powder 70 mg.
Capsule: vegetable gelatin.
