How to use
The following use is recommended:
For pre-menopausal disorders:
Half tablet Day formula (white color) in the morning and half tablet Night formula (pink color) in the evening just before going to bed.
For menopausal disorders:
1 Day formula tablet (white color) in the morning and 1 formula tablet Night (pink color) in the evening just before going to bed.
