Mode; of use
The recommended daily dose of melatonin is; of 1 mg (20 drops), to be taken in the evening half an hour before bedtime.
The quantity; of desired drops can; be easily dosed with the appropriate calibrated dropper.
The two notches on the glass straw simplify the count of the drops: the first corresponds to 0.5 ml equal to 10 drops, the second to 1 ml equal to 20 drops.
Shake the product well before taking it, administer the desired dose diluted in a little water or any other drink, or directly in the mouth.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity; to one or more; components.
We do not recommend its use for women who are pregnant or planning a pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
