Ingredients
Valerian ( Valeriana officinalis L. , root) dry extract titrated at 0.8% in valerenic acid, Hops ( Humulus lupulus L. , strobili) extract dry extract titrated at 0.4% in total flavonoids, Giuggiolo ( Ziziphus jujuba Mill. , seeds) dry extract titrated at minimum 2% in triterpene saponins, maize maltodextrins; anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; glazing agents: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, cellulose, fatty acids, glycerol; color: titanium dioxide.

Mode; of use
It is recommended to take 1 to 2 tablets of the product per day, preferably one hour before going to bed.
