Vagiwell Dilators Premium

Vagiwell Dilators are medical silicone dilators for vaginal exercises. Vagiwell dilators are suitable for clinical and home use.
Starting from the smallest format, the aid is inserted into the vagina and must remain there for a few minutes.
If a format can be introduced without pain, it should be passed directly to the next format.

The exercises must be performed in a relaxed position, sitting or lying down. Unless otherwise advised by a doctor, the exercises must be repeated daily.
If the introduction of the larger aid is painless, sexual intercourse can be attempted.

Indications
Vagiwell dilators have been developed for women who want to train to stretch their vagina.
The purpose of the exercises is to desensitize the vagina and slowly stretch it so that intercourse (again) or gynecological exams are possible without pain.
Vagiwell dilators are suitable for home and clinical use.

How to use
Use in case of vaginal pain and discomfort during and / or after sexual intercourse due to:
- Dyspareunia (recurrent or permanent genital pain during sexual intercourse) due to various causes
- Vaginismus (vaginal muscle tension)
- Scar after episiotomy and / or perineal laceration
- Following gynecological surgery
- During and after radiotherapy / chemotherapy (cancer of the vulva and vagina)
- After vaginal surgery with narrowing of the vagina and scar formation
- Skin diseases such as certain forms of lichen, eg. Lichen sclerosus
- Vaginal / neovaginal plastic surgery (eg sex change surgery)
- Vaginal tightness (virginity), described by the affected as a sexual disorder
- GvDH

The goal of the exercises is a desensitization with slow dilation of the vagina, so that sexual intercourse can (again) be painless, as well as gynecological examinations. Practice the exercises in a comfortable place that allows you to relax.  

1. Before first use, wash the Vagiwell dilators with very hot water and mild soap, then dry them carefully.

2. Take a relaxed position, sitting or lying down, which allows you to spread your legs slightly.
For the insertion of the dilators we recommend the supine position with the knees bent and the legs slightly apart.
However, the dilators can also be used standing, with one leg on a chair.

3. Apply a water-soluble lubricating gel on the vaginal orifice and on the dilator.

4. Breathe slowly. Insert the dilator into the vagina with light pressure, to a depth that is still comfortable. If pain occurs, the pressure may be excessive.

5. Leave the dilator for a few minutes in the vagina or vaginal opening.

6. Then move the dilator back and forth without completely pulling it out of your vagina. Repeat this movement about 5 times. 30 Now switch to a slight twisting motion: rotate the dilator 5 times to the right and 5 times to the left. These movements allow you to gently dilate the vaginal tissues.

7. To finish the exercise, remove the dilator from the vagina. Remain quietly lying down for a few more minutes.

When the dilator of a certain size can be inserted without problems, the vagina has been dilated so that you can move on to the next size. To move on to the next measurement, first insert the dilator you used earlier and leave it in your vagina for a few minutes. Then move on to the next measurement as described above. Dilatation exercises can be done three to four times a week. When inserting the larger dilator is OK, you may want to consider having sex.
