Ingredients
Concentrated whey protein; whey protein isolate; hydrolyzed whey proteins; low fat cocoa; flavorings; dry papain extract (0.03%); sweetener: sucralose; vitamin B6; vitamin B2.

Mode; of use
Take 2 - 3 servings a day of 20 - 40g each.
The most moments; indicated are: breakfast, half; morning, half; afternoon, before bed.
Shake the contents of one serving (30 g in 120 ml of water) in a shaker, together with water or low-fat milk.
Once dissolved, the product should be consumed throughout the day.
