Egg White

Powdered food supplement with proteins exclusively obtained from egg white, enriched with vitamins.

Egg white proteins are the protein source with the highest biological value. It is no coincidence that athletes usually consume eggs: the main reason is the high concentration of branched chain amino acids, especially of leucine. Egg whites, in particular, are composed on average of approximately 89% water and 10.5% proteins, and what's more, they are fat-free.

How to use
2 times a day (preferably at breakfast and mid-afternoon).
In case of training, it is preferable to take a dose together with carbohydrates immediately after physical activity.
Shake the contents of a 30 grams dose (equal to 3 level measuring spoons) in 300 ml of water.

Ingredients
EGG white, low-fat cocoa, flavourings, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, thickener: xanthan gum, sweeteners: acesulfame K and Sucralose, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCL), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin).

Warnings
The product contains a source of phenylalanine. In case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks), medical advice is required. The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney or liver disease, during pregnancy and under 14 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
