Mode; for use
For external use: it is recommended to dilute it 5-20% in vegetable oil for massages and frictions.
For internal use: it is recommended to take 1-2 drops for 1 -2 times a day for cycles of 2-3 weeks.
Yes you can; also use in the kitchen: 1-2 drops per 100 g of food.
