Ganoderma lucidium contains more; of 100 different types of highly oxygenated lanostanoid triterpenes with a prevalence of AZ ganodermic acids and AM lucidenic acids. Ganoderma lucidium é rich in other ingredients such as bioactive polysaccharides B-1-3, B-1-6 homo D-glucan, and amino acids such as serine, alanine, glycine and ergosterol.

Mode; of use
The recommended dose é between 3 and 6 tablets per day.
Alternatively, for the 250 g biomass powder pack, the recommended use is 2 scoops per day (each scoop contains 2g). The tablets can be chewed or swallowed whole using preferably warm water. Alternatively the biomass powder can ó be mixed with meals.

Components
rei shi 33% (ganoderma lucidium P. karst), cordyceps 33% (cordyceps sinensis berk.), shitake 33 % (lentinula edodes berk. sing.) biomass - mycelium. for tablet packs only - bulking agents: vegetable stearic acid, methylcellulose, silica; anti-caking agent: magnesium stereate.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
