Food supplement of zinc, vitamin B6, copper, folic acid and biotin .
Biotin which contributes to the maintenance of healthy hair and copper and zinc help protect cells from oxidative stress.
It also contains bioflavonoids such as rutin and resveratrol, B vitamins and Spermidine 3HCl [N-(3-aminopropyl)-tetramethylenediamine trihydrochloride].

Mode of use
1 tablet per day preferably with breakfast or the main meal.
