Crea Xtreme in practical capsules is a combination of 4 forms of creatine: monohydrate, citrate, malate and hydrochloride (HCl). Crea Xtreme is indicated for adult athletes who practice intense physical exercise. Creatine increases physical performance in the case of repetitive, high intensity and short duration activities.
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of Creatine.

How to use
One dose of the preparation – 2 capsules taken 2 times a day. Accompany with water. On training days: First dose 30 min. before training, the second dose directly after training. On days without training: The first dose in the morning after waking up, the second dose before sleeping. Do not use for more than 4 weeks. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
