Hiring method
Mix one dose of the preparation – 3 g (0.5 scoop) with 300 ml of water.
Take 2 doses per day. On training days: First dose 30 min. before training, the second dose directly after training. On days without training: The first dose in the morning after waking up, the second dose before sleeping.

Ingredients
CITRULLINE COMPLEX [citrulline malate; L-citrulline] (80%); maltodextrins; anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide); acidity regulator (citric acid); flavourings; sweeteners (sucralose); thickener (cellulose gum).
