Hiring method
Mix one dose of product – 1.5 g (2 scoops) with 100 ml of water. Take 3 doses per day. On training days: The first dose in the morning after waking up, the second dose 30 minutes before training, the third dose directly after training. On days without training: The first dose in the morning after waking up, the second dose between meals and the third dose before sleeping.
