We recommend 1 or 2 tablets a day. We suggest a regular and constant intake of the product for a minimum period of 2 months.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The product contains the Ecklonia Bicyclis seaweed which, like most of the brown seaweeds, is seaweed. rich in iodine, in case of thyroid disease it is advisable to consult your doctor.
Do not use with dicoumarin anticoagulants.
