Self-heating devices are created to be inserted into the specific bands of the ThermoRelax line (sold separately).
At the time of the; opening the package, due to a process caused by a thermal reaction, the device in contact with the air will start to burn. to self-heat, gradually increasing its temperature.

Mode; of use
Use the small format refill.
Open the package immediately before use and remove the device.
Wait a few minutes holding it in your hand to allow the activation of the thermal reaction.
Position the device in the appropriate pocket of the band allowing for comfortable and free movement.
In about 30 minutes you will reach the desired temperature. the maximum temperature.
When you no longer feel; the heat, extract the product.
