Mode À of use
Open the package when you È ready for use. ThermaCare can Ò take up to 30 minutes to reach its therapeutic temperature. Remove the backing paper to reveal the sticky side Place on the painful area and press the sticky side firmly onto the skin. Be careful during application not to overlap the cells. Do not use on the face, head, breasts, inner arm, armpits, fingers, lower abdomen, groin, inner knee, feet or toes. Over the age of 55, wear Thermacare over a thin piece of clothing (or fabric), not in direct contact with the skin. For maximum effectiveness, wear ThermaCare for 8 hours.
The product can Ò be disposed of hot or cold with normal household waste.

Warnings
Do not use in case of:
& bull; if the contents of the cells come out and / or the band is; damaged;
& bull; with medicated creams or ointments, plasters or other heat sources;
& bull; on scratched or bruised skin;
& bull; on bruises and swellings that appeared in the last 48 hours;
& bull; on heat-insensitive areas of the body;
& bull; by people who are unable to follow all instructions for use or who are unable to remove the product on their own, including children and non self-sufficient elderly people;
& bull; do not use on the face, head, breasts, inner arm, armpits, fingers, lower abdomen, groin, inner knee, feet or toes.

Seek the advice of your doctor before use in cases of diabetes, circulation problems, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis and pregnancy.
This product can cause sunburn. To reduce the risk:
& bull; Periodically check the skin to check for any signs of irritation or burns and, if found, discontinue use immediately.
& bull; If you feel excessive heat, discontinue use or wear ThermaCare over clothing, not in direct contact with the skin.
& bull; Above 55 years of age, the risk of sunburn increases over the years, wear ThermaCare over clothing and do not use the sling when sleeping.
& bull; To avoid an increased risk of burns, remove the product before undergoing MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) examinations.
& bull; Do not use for longer; 8 hours within 24 hours.
& bull; Do not exert excessive pressure on the product worn for example by leaning on hard surfaces, n É wear it under tight clothing or belts.

Discontinue use and consult a physician if you notice any discomfort, irritation, burning, swelling, redness or any other persistent change in the skin in the area where you È worn the product or if the pain increases or remains unchanged after 7 days.
The cells that generate heat contain iron (about 2 grams). If the iron comes into direct contact with the skin or eyes, remove the band, rinse thoroughly with water and consult a doctor immediately. Also in case of accidental ingestion consult a doctor.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Avoid heating the product in any way (e.g. microwave oven) or try to heat it, as it is ; the band could catch fire.
Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package and on the label.
