Mode; of use
One capsule a day, to be swallowed with a sip of water.

Myo-inositol; Edible gelatin (capsule ingredient); Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid); Bulking agent: Microcrystalline Cellulose (Cellulose gel); Anti-caking agents: fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; Vitamin PP (Niacin); Vitamin B5 (Calcium Pantothenate); Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin); Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol); Dye: Titanium Dioxide; Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride); Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin); Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Hydrochloride); Quatrefolic [(6S) -5-Methyltetrahydrofolic acid, Glucosamine salt]; Biotin.
