I am present all eight vitamins of group B, including folic acid or folate (L-methylfolate) and B 12 (methylcobalamin) are added in the active forms, ready for use by the body.
CioÌ € essentially improves their absorption and subsequent use in the body. In fact, folic acid and vitamin B12 in inactive form are often eliminated before they even perform their task in the body.

How to use
Take from 1 to 2 capsules a day, preferably during a meal, do not exceed the recommended dose.
