Il Kukicha è obtained using the smallest branches; thin of the t è and è also known as T è of the Three years. Sprigs toasted 4 times. The Kukicha è practically free of caffeine and è the drink more ù recommended for daily use. It contains only a tenth of the theine of the classic tea. ;The Kukicha è composed of a mixture of different parts of the tea plant; green, respectively, twigs of three years of age à cut from the lower part of the plant, more twigs robust harvested every 10 years and thin twigs and leaves harvested annually. The various twigs are dried in the open air and left to rest for a year. They are cut, chosen according to the size and toasted for 15 & ndash; 20 minutes.
Mode à of use
Slowly boil a heaped teaspoon of Kukicha in a liter of water for three minutes. Filter and serve.
