Alce Nero Tarallini with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 40g

Alce Nero tarallini with organic oil are produced with organic soft wheat grown in Italy and extra virgin olive oil, cold extracted, produced with olives coming from our Italian olive growers.

The  tarallino is made with the traditional recipe and the result of a particular production process which involves two cooking processes: first boiling in water and then cooking in the oven; this is why they are so crunchy and fragrant even without the use of yeast.
