Main Ingredients
IRON
Iron is a fundamental mineral for the synthesis of hemoglobin and contributes to the reduction of fatigue.
VITAMINS B6, B12 AND FOLIC ACID
These are water-soluble, thermolabile and photosensitive vitamins. They contribute to the normal homocysteine metabolism and contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Magnesium salts of the citric acid, glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), ferrous fumarate, zinc citrate, starch, activated vitamin B2 (riboflavin 5â € ˜-phosphate, sodium), nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), activated vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5â € ˜-phosphate), corn starch, beta-carotene, tapioca dextrin, Quatrefolic® ((6S) -5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt), biotin, antioxidant: alpha-tocopherol; activated vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

How to use
2 capsules once a day with or without meals
