| Food supplement composed of plant extracts of plants such as St. John's wort and lemon balm useful for promoting well-being mental and, together with saffron, are indicated for normal mood. Skullcap promotes relaxation and sleep. Ingredients Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora L., aerial part) e.g. tit. 10% baicalin, St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum L., aerial parts with flowers) tit. 0.3% hypericin; coating agent (capsule): hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; lemon balm ex (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) ex tit. >= 6% rosmarinic acid; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; saffron (Crocus sativus L., stigmas) tit. 0.3% safranal; bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate. Directions for use Take 1 capsule per day, with a sip of water. Warnings Do not exceed the daily dose recommended.
