Mode; of use
Take one or two sachets a day depending on the desired effect.
Dissolve the contents of the sachet DIRECTLY IN YOUR MOUTH or in a GLASS OF WATER.
1 sachet per day: Plant sterols contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.
The beneficial effect is obtained with the daily intake of at least 0.8 g of plant sterols.
* 2 sachets per day: é; Plant sterols have been shown to reduce blood cholesterol levels.
High cholesterol levels are a risk factor for the development of coronary heart disease.
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 1.5-3 g of plant sterols.
