How to use
Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in a glass of water.

Preservation
Preserve at t emperature not exceeding 30Â ° C.
Keep container tightly closed.
Consume preferably within the date indicated on the bottom of the package.  

Warnings
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and a correct lifestyle.
Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
The amount per tablet of Vitamin C can cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.  
Not recommended in cases of pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Do not take in case of impaired iron metabolism (hemochromatosis) or in case of kidney problems.
People who have kidney problems should not consume more than 200 mg of Vitamin C per day also due to the risk of kidney stones. Not suitable for children and adolescents.
