Rapid Test Kit 

Rapid test for the qualitative detection of E.Canis (Ehrlichia Canis) antibody , Leishmania antibody, Anaplasma antibody, Dirofilaria Immitis antigen in dog blood

The test is for in vitro diagnostic use only.
It is intended for professional use by healthcare professionals.
The test is based on Immunoassay technology (immunological assay).

The device has a window on which the letter T (test) and the letter C (control) are represented.
Once collected and inserted into the well of the device, the sample will be absorbed and will rise through the membrane.
If the Ehrlichia Canis antibody, the Leishmania antibody, the Anaplasma antibody, the Dirofilaria Immitis antigen is present, a visible T band will appear in correspondence with the letter T of the device window.
The device contains a control band (C) which will color for all valid tests.

How to use
Place the device horizontally on a clean surface.
Take whole blood, serum or plasma from the dog and centrifuge it in the EDTA tube.
Take the serum or plasma sample with the disposable dropper and drop 1 drop (20 mcL) of sample into the well. Immediately afterwards pour 4 drops (100 mcL) of reagent into each well.
The result will be visible in 5-10 minutes.

Interpretation of results
Positive : Both C and T bands are displayed, regardless of whether the T band is strong or not.
Negative: The QC band is displayed.
Invalid: The QC band is not displayed indicating that the test is invalid, regardless of whether the T detection band is displayed or not.

Warnings
All devices contained in the box are disposable, do not reuse.
Do not move the test strip after applying the sample.
The components of this kit have been quality controlled as a standard lot. Do not mix components from different batches.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Storage
Store between 2 °C and 30 °C . Do not freeze. Protect from direct sunlight.
Use tests at humidity levels between 10% and 90%.
Do not use kits beyond the expiration date.
