Isolac 90 whey protein isolate (contains emulsifier: soy lecithin ), low-fat cocoa powder, NAMED 4PROTEIN MATRIX [bovine colostrum (derived from milk), fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) seeds, protease mixture*] tit. 2% in total steroidal saponins and 0.04% in diosgenin, flavours; sweetener: sucralose; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

Mode of use
25 g per day (equal to approximately two level tablespoons) dissolved in 200-250 ml of water, milk or other liquid, preferably taken between meals.
