Vitamin A
It is important to combat the formation of free radicals . It is necessary for the production of the steroids that the body produces on a daily basis. It is contained in the liver oil of some fish, including cod, in green vegetables, tomatoes, carrots, etc. It improves the functioning of the glands, keeps the skin and mucous membranes in good condition, prevents eye diseases.
Vitamin C
Also known as ascorbic acid: ensures the body a defense against infections, fights l & rsquo; fatigue and weakness, acting as an anti-stress factor, and allows the body to adapt to changes in external conditions (cold, muscular efforts, etc.). It increases the immune defenses, and the general tone. Increases resistance to fatigue, è an antioxidant and promotes iron absorption and collagen production. It is present in fruit and vegetables (only if fresh), in particular in citrus fruits, red and yellow peppers, parsley and tomatoes.
Vitamin E
It is the vitamin of muscles, it has an antioxidant action that protects glands and hormones from oxidation, increases the capacity; cells to absorb oxygen. Improves the state of nerves and muscles, è hence an anti-aging factor. It is found mainly in wheat germ and some green vegetables such as lettuce, watercress and celery.
Zinc
Fights stress and formation of lactic acid. Promotes tissue reconstruction, contractility; of muscles and protein synthesis. Participate in the composition of insulin. Recent works tend to attribute to zinc a catalytic role in protecting blood vessels, and therefore in preventing vascular diseases.
Horse chestnut
Above all the bark has a great therapeutic interest, thanks to its content of coumarin derivatives, to which it owes its important vitamin action, in fact it increases the resistance of the capillaries, decreases their permeability; and finally has an anti-edematous effect.
Blueberry
The leaf of the blueberry è a tonic of the veins and capillaries as it is; rich in vitamin factors. It is particularly indicated in case of fragility; capillary to strengthen the vessel walls.
Red Vine
The blood red color of the autumn leaves indicates the richness of this plant in anthocyanin tannins of the same type as vitamin P. Anthocyanins act against the oxidizing substances that feed the vascular walls, promoting inflammation and edema.

Methods à of use
