How to use I use
4 sprays before going to bed. 2 sprays in case of waking up at night.  Do not exceed 6 sprays per day.

Water, extracts of: ²Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L. - flowers) 56.26 mg, Poppy (Papaver rhoeas L. - petals) 42 mg; concentrated lemon juice (Citrus limon), extracts of:  ²Passiflora (Passiflora incarnata L. – aerial parts) 5.9 mg; Hawthorn (Crataegus laevigatas DC. - flowering tops) 5.9 mg; Angelica (Angelica archangelica L. - roots) 5.9 mg; Macerates of: Lime buds (Tilia tomentosa) 5.9 mg; Fig buds (Ficus carica L.) 5.9 mg; ORGANIC essential oils: Sweet orange (Citrus sinensis L. - zest) 1.78 mg; ¹True lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill. - flowering tops) 0.6 mg; Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) (0.5 mg - 35.7% VNR*); sweetener: steviol glycosides.

Warnings
Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children and young people under 15 years of age. For people under medical treatment or with a history of convulsions or seizures, consult a health professional. Do not use for more than 2 consecutive weeks. Do not take if you are allergic to one of the components. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
