Magnesium, zinc, vitamin E, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B1, vitamin D, griffonia simplicifolia, chaste tree, borage oil.
Mode; of use
1 tablet a day away from the main meal. Start taking the tablets from the last day of the menstrual cycle to the first of the next cycle (21-22 days).
