| Food supplement based on inulin, lactulose and psyllium. Thanks to lactulose, it contributes to the acceleration of intestinal transit. The beneficial effect is obtained with a dose of 10 g of lactulose per day. Thanks to psyllium, it contributes to an emollient and soothing action (digestive system). Thanks to inulin, it promotes the balance of the intestinal flora. How to use It is recommended to take 20 ml per day, using the appropriate measuring spoon. Any increase in consistency of the preparation (gel formation) is a characteristic of Spidalax oral bottle.
