Organic Khorasan Wheat Spaghetti

Food specialty based on organic Khorasan wheat flour.

Alce Nero organic khorasan wheat spaghetti are produced using a process that lasts 3-4 days.
Slow processing is the secret to obtaining more resistant spaghetti that holds up better when cooked.
The dough is passed through dies which, in addition to giving them a rough surface, determine their shape. The drying takes place in the static cells in which the traditional process is reproduced: the spaghetti are dried at low temperatures, below 50°C, for a period of approximately 50 hours.
