Organic Wholemeal Khorasan Wheat Spaghetti

Alce Nero organic wholemeal Khorasan wheat spaghetti are produced through a process that lasts 3-4 days.
Slow processing is the secret to obtaining more resistant spaghetti that holds up better when cooked.
The dough is passed through dies which, in addition to giving them a rough surface, also determine the shape.
The drying takes place in the static cells in which the traditional process is reproduced: the spaghetti are dried at low temperatures, below 50°C, for a period of approximately 50 hours.
